Care
Mermaid Microgreens are sent by post, when they arrive they will have been in a blackout period so are supposed to look yellow, don't panic! As soon as you receive your delivery, unpack and add 3-4 tablespoons of water to the base. ***Important*** try and water your Microgreens from the base by gently lifting each corner and watering underneath.
Place your Microgreens on a windowsill or in a light room. Direct sunlight is fine but they may need more watering.
Your Mermaid Microgreens will "green up" in the next 2-3 days and are ready for snipping as soon as they're green.
Continue to water small amounts, on average every other day is fine but if your Microgreens are on a sunny windowsill they may need more. They will tell you if they're thirsty! If they're lying down and look really unhappy they can be revived so don't give up, just give them some water and they will recover, usually in about 8 hours.
You might notice some tiny black balls - this is nothing to worry about! They are just the seed husks left over from germination and are perfectly fine to eat.
Make sure you wash your microgreens before you use them - snip, wash, munch
